The distinctive super-rigid aluminium cabinet houses no less than six carefully matched Celestion drive units, mounted on thick MDF: the outstanding ferrofluid-cooled 25mm (1") / neodymium tweeter, a fluent 130mm (5.25") midrange cone, two powerful 130mm (5.25") bass drivers and dual 130mm (5.25") ABRs*. Celestion's legendary attention to detail is apparent everywhere - the gold binding posts, for example, have massive bus-bar connections to the crossover for the cleanest possible signal transfer.

With 200W power handling and 36Hz extension, C3 is capable of very high output with minimal distortion, combining superb sensitivity with an exceptionally wide dynamic range. As an object to own, C3 combines aesthetic and acoustic purity like no other speaker. Don't buy it just because it's beautiful.
